Sade is an upcoming Massage Therapist, with 2 years of massage experience. Going to massage school was a midlife career change and was one of the most significant decisions for her. She studied at Lancaster School of Cosmetology & Therapeutic Bodywork in September 2021. In school she practiced Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, neuro- myo muscular techniques, trigger point therapy, stretching, hot stone, hot bamboo and prenatal massage. Sade enjoys practicing trigger point therapy to get out all those gristly knots. She then graduated and obtained her massage certification in September of 2022 and became licensed in February 2023.
With her work and clients she is genuinely content with the work she performs.
Sade loves to encourage beauty and wellness. Seeing her clients’ faces when they get off the table and seeing them move better are some of her favorite parts of what she does.
